🍽️ Kitchen:
Fully equipped for 6 people. Please leave dishes, cutlery, and pots clean and washed before departure. Electrical appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) must be handled with care.

🧺 Washing Machine:
Free to use. Detergent is located in the upper right corner cabinet. Please observe the maximum load capacity. ❗ Leave the drum slightly open after use (to prevent mold).

🛏️ Linens (Towels & Bedding):
Towels, blankets, and bed linens are available in the bedroom closet. After use, please place the used linens in the basket in front of the washing machine before departure. ⚠️ Household linens are intended exclusively for indoor use (do not take outdoors).

🌡️ Heating & Technology:
The heating and house technology runs fully automatically. ❌ To ensure smooth operation and energy efficiency, unauthorized adjustment of thermostats, controls, or technical systems is prohibited.

🛠️ Duty of Care & Defects:
All furnishings are property of the host and must be treated with care. Any defects or damage to appliances or inventory must be reported immediately.
