🏠 House Rules & General Terms

🌙 Quiet Hours:
Time period: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM.
Note: Strict compliance is required out of consideration for the neighbors.

🚭 Smoking Policy:
Indoors: Strictly prohibited.
Outdoors: Permitted (please use only the provided ashtrays).

🪑 Furniture & Amenities:
Please return chairs, parasols, and outdoor furniture clean to the garage after each use or at the latest before departure.

🔒 Private Property:
Tools, machinery, agricultural equipment, etc. are private property. ❌ These must not be used, moved, or taken.

⚠️ Liability & Terrain:
Entering the property, vineyard, gravel paths, and natural slope is at your own risk. Expect uneven ground, natural conditions, and tripping hazards.

🦬 Animals & Bisons:
The fenced bisons on the lower slope must not be fed, lured, or disturbed. ⚠️ Contact with the fences is prohibited for safety reasons.

🎉 Visitors & Events:
Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or loud events are prohibited. Overnight stays are strictly reserved for registered guests.

🛡️ Damages & Liability:
Damage to inventory or the building must be reported immediately to the host. Guests are liable for damages exceeding normal use. No liability is accepted for personal valuables.

🔥 Fire Safety:
Due to the surrounding nature and vineyards, open fires, unattended candles, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

🔑 Upper Floor & Access:
Please note that the upper floor is not part of the rental. Access is only permitted by prior special agreement.
