🔒 Privacy Notice for Guest Registration

To lawfully register your stay and comply with statutory requirements in Slovenia, we process your personal data as follows:

2. 📝 Processed Data:
Through the form, we collect the legally mandated data required for guest registration:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Type and number of identity document (Passport / ID Card)
• Address
• Arrival and departure dates

3. ⚖️ Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing:
Collection is carried out exclusively to fulfill our statutory reporting obligations as an accommodation provider in Slovenia (pursuant to the Act Promoting the Development of Tourism – Zakon o spodbujanju razvoja turizma as well as regulations governing the guest book/eTurizem). ⚖️ Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (fulfillment of a legal obligation).

4. 📤 Data Transmission and Storage:
🌐 eTurizem / AJPES: Your data will be transmitted electronically to the Slovenian reporting system eTurizem (AJPES Agency / Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport) to comply with reporting duties.
🗑️ Processing & Deletion:
Data entry is performed via our secure digital registration form. Data is stored in the digital guest book solely for the statutorily mandated retention period. Upon expiration of this period, automatic deletion takes place. ❌ There is no transfer to unauthorized third parties and no use for marketing purposes.

5. 🛡️ Your Rights:
Under applicable legal provisions (GDPR / ZVOP-2), you have the right to:
ℹ️ Access your stored data and rectification of incorrect data. Regarding deletion, statutory retention periods under Slovenian tourism and registration law take precedence.
